We collect: account information you provide (name, email, restaurant details), data needed to operate the service (social account credentials, menu PDFs, brand guidelines), conversation data processed on behalf of your guests, and usage analytics about how you use our platform.

We use your data solely to deliver the Mrs.Foodie.AI services. Your data is never used to train public AI models. Your data is segregated from other tenants and encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Guest data ownership
All guest data captured through the platform belongs to you, the restaurant. You may export, delete, or transfer this data at any time.
5. Security
We are SOC 2 Type II certified. We follow industry-standard security practices including encryption, access controls, regular audits and incident response procedures.
